DOTHAN, Ala. (WDNews) — The pavilion and restrooms at Kiwanis Park are back open to the public earlier than expected following the completion of repainting work.
According to Dothan Leisure Services, the facilities reopened Monday, Aug. 24, after the project was completed ahead of schedule.
The pavilion and restrooms had been temporarily closed since Aug. 10 and were originally expected to remain closed until Aug. 31.
Pavilion reservations are now available, and visitors can once again use the facilities.
Dothan Leisure Services thanked the community for its patience and understanding while the improvements were completed.
