DOTHAN, Ala. (WDNews) — An evening of live music will help raise money for local cancer care as the Rock Our Cancer Benefit Concert takes over downtown Dothan.
The benefit concert is set for Saturday, Aug. 22, from 6 p.m. to midnight at The Plant.
The event will feature The Molly Ringwalds, known for their high-energy performances celebrating the music and style of the 1980s.
Proceeds from Rock Our Cancer will benefit the Southeast Health Foundation, helping support modern cancer care close to home for local survivors and previvors.
Organizers say the event gives people a chance to enjoy a night of music while also making a meaningful impact on cancer care in the Wiregrass community.
