According to Dothan United Soccer Club, fans now have the opportunity to purchase an ownership stake in the team.
The club announced Tuesday that its community investment offering is officially live, giving supporters the chance to become investors in Dothan United.
“This is the moment we’ve been building toward,” the club said. “For the first time, our community has the chance to actually own a stake in Dothan United. Not just cheer from the stands, but hold a real piece of this club.”
Dothan United pointed to its Southern Conference championship, run to the national semifinals and sold-out games at Rip Hewes Stadium as part of the club’s growth.
“A Southern Conference championship. A run to the national semifinals. Sold-out nights at Rip Hewes. This team has already proven what it can be — and now you can be part of what it becomes next,” the club said.
The team said details about the investment offering and investor benefits are now available online.
