FREEPORT, Fla. (WDNews) — The Walton County Sheriff’s Office has released updated photos and video of a woman wanted for murder as investigators continue searching for her following the discovery of human remains in Freeport, Florida, approximately one hour south of Dothan.
According to the Walton County Sheriff’s Office, 38-year-old Isabelle Johnson is wanted on an open count of murder and is believed to be actively evading law enforcement.
Investigators said that newly released video was captured at a business in Destin just days after human remains belonging to Jason Christopher Coulthart were discovered on a property off Sunset Lane in Freeport.
Authorities believe Johnson may have changed her appearance since the video was recorded. The updated photos appear to show she has shaved one side of her head, and investigators hope the new images will help the public recognize her.
Johnson is described as a white female, approximately 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing about 120 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. Authorities said she may be using multiple identities and aliases, including Harley, Jessica Elaine Bowman, Jessica Elaine Thrush and Jessica Dowdy.
Anyone with information about Johnson’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Walton County Sheriff’s Office at (850) 892-8111 or Emerald Coast Crime Stoppers at (850) 863-TIPS (8477). Anonymous tips that lead to her arrest may be eligible for a reward of up to $3,000.
Authorities advise the public not to approach Johnson if she is seen. Instead, call 911 immediately.
