DOTHAN, Ala. (WDNews) — Dothan United is inviting the community to Rip Hewes Stadium on Friday for a night of soccer, fireworks and giving back.
The team will take on Tallahassee SC, followed by a post-match fireworks show presented by Eye Center South and produced by Pyro Productions and Ill Eagle Fireworks.
Fans can also help support The Salvation Army during a non-perishable food drive. Anyone who brings a non-perishable food item to the game will receive a free ticket to Dothan United’s July 11 match while supplies last.
To celebrate America’s 250th anniversary, Dothan United is offering special ticket prices for Friday’s game. Admission is $2.50 for children ages 12 and younger and $10 for adults.
The stadium will also feature a game-day promotion with $3 Bud Light beverages while supplies last.
Fans are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy the match, support the food drive and stay after the final whistle for the fireworks display.
