OZARK, Ala. (WDNews) — Community members will have an opportunity to support local youth this weekend during a car wash fundraiser at Ozark First Assembly.
The fundraiser is scheduled for Saturday, June 20, from 8 a.m. until noon at Ozark First Assembly. Donations and vehicle washes will help raise funds for youth attending church camp this summer.
Organizers say the event is designed to help offset camp expenses while giving the community a chance to support local students as they prepare for their summer church camp experience.
Residents are encouraged to stop by, have their vehicles washed, and make a donation if they are able. Organizers say every contribution will help make a positive impact on the youth participating in the program.
