EUFAULA, Ala. (WDNews) — Job seekers in the Eufaula area will have an opportunity to connect with multiple employers during a hiring event scheduled for Thursday, June 11.
The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Eufaula Community Center, located at 750 Lake Drive. The event is being held in partnership with the Eufaula Housing Authority and is part of the IMPACT Eufaula – A Jobs Plus Initiative.
A variety of employers and organizations are expected to participate, offering information about available positions and career opportunities. Participating employers include Tyson Foods, SpectraCare, Renfroe’s Market, Wayne Sanderson Farms, Alabama Department of Public Health, ResourceMFG, Crown Health Care Laundry Services, Hummingbird, Jim Whaley Tires, Medical Center Barbour, the Alabama Department of Corrections, and several others.
Organizers encourage attendees to come prepared for potential on-site interviews by bringing a resume and dressing professionally.
The event is free to attend and is designed to help connect local residents with employment opportunities across a variety of industries.
