HARTFORD, Ala. (WDNews) — Expecting mothers and new moms in Geneva County are invited to a special event focused on keeping babies safe and healthy.
The Geneva County Extension Office is hosting a “Baby in Bloom” Community Safety Baby Shower on March 20 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Geneva County Farm Center, located at 2765 E. State Hwy. 52 in Hartford.
The event is designed for moms-to-be and mothers with babies ages newborn to 6 months. Organizers say the morning will include free safety education, advice and live demonstrations aimed at helping parents feel confident and prepared.
The program is being hosted by Alabama Extension, a partnership between Auburn University and Alabama A&M University.
Registered participants will receive baby supplies while they last.
