OZARK, Ala. (WDNews) — Mission: Worthy will host a grocery distribution Monday, Feb. 16, to support families in the OZARK area.
Groceries will be distributed from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., or until supplies run out, at Eastgate Business Park, 406 Ben Street. Pickup will take place inside the building with the double doors. An ID is required.
Donation drop-offs will also be accepted Monday at the same location from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. and again from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Organizers said those needing to donate outside of the listed times may message the organization to arrange a drop-off to ensure items go directly to a family in need.
Mission: Worthy also has a variety of baby formula available for families.
Beginning next Friday, the organization will offer additional “Birthday Boxes,” which include cake mix, frosting, balloons and other items to help celebrate a child’s special day.
