HEADLAND, Ala. (WDNews) – Just after 1:00 p.m., Headland Fire was dispatched to a fire at Headland High School. The fire was reported in the cafeteria.
Kinsey Fire was requested for backup. By 1:30 p.m., fire trucks were seen leaving the school after the situation was resolved.
Headland High School administration told WDNews no students were evacuated, saying the call was more precautionary and not a serious emergency.
