OZARK, Ala. (WDNews) — Ozark Parks and Recreation is inviting residents to take part in free ballroom dance lessons at the Ozark Civic Center this fall.
The lessons begin Tuesday, Sept. 2, and will be held weekly from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Civic Center Arena. Participants will have the chance to learn a new dance each week, including the Waltz, Country Two Step, Salsa, and East Coast Swing.
Organizers said no partner is necessary, and community members are welcome to attend one class or all four. The sessions will be led by instructors Sarah and Len Smolinski in cooperation with Ozark Parks and Recreation.
