DALEVILLE, Ala. (WDNews) – Fire crews from three departments battled an early morning blaze Tuesday after multiple RVs caught fire along Highway 84.
According to officials, Daleville Volunteer Fire Department, Clayhatchee Volunteer Fire Department, Inc., and Level Plains Volunteer Fire Department were dispatched just before 4 a.m. to a reported RV fire. When crews arrived, they found three RVs fully engulfed in flames with a nearby structure at risk.
Firefighters worked quickly to keep the blaze from spreading and were able to fully extinguish the fires around 6:30 a.m. The Dale County Sheriff’s Office assisted at the scene and is helping with the investigation.
No injuries were reported.
