Carroll High School in Ozark to Host Summer ACT Jump Start Program

OZARK, Ala (WDNews) – Carroll High School is excited to announce that it will be hosting a Summer ACT Jump Start program for juniors (Class of 2026). This program aims to provide students with valuable skills and techniques to excel in the ACT exam, ultimately enhancing their chances of success in their junior year courses.

The Summer ACT Jump Start program will take place on two separate sessions: July 8-11 at 8 a.m. and July 15-17 at 12 p.m. It is important to note that this program is invitation-only and requires an RSVP to secure a spot. Parents and guardians are encouraged to reserve their student’s position as soon as possible.

What sets this program apart is that it is completely free of cost for participants. Additionally, breakfast and lunch will be provided, ensuring that students have the energy and nutrition they need to fully engage in the activities.

Led by experienced and ACT-trained educators, the program will offer a comprehensive curriculum that covers Math, English, Reading, Science, and Writing. Students will have the opportunity to develop and refine their skills in these key areas, giving them a competitive edge when it comes to the ACT exam.
