A judge has thrown out charges against a man over harassing the Mayor of Ozark. Bryant Fontenot was part of a group trying to censure mayor Mark Blankenship for his comments about banning books in the library. The harassment charges stem from a verbal altercation the two men had last month. A judge ruled Fontenot had no intentions to carry out any threats and dismissed the case last week.
