New details are being released about the parents of the autistic boy who was missing in the woods for two days before he was found.  The State Bureau of Investigation says 4-year-old Phenix Wilkerson was directly exposed to marijuana and meth and that his parents had taken both drugs the day the child went missing.  The couple face numerous drug and child endangerment related charges and the boy was not placed back in their custody.
