The parents of an autistic 4-year-old who disappeared for two days back in January were arrested on Wednesday. Shyanne Ray and Joshua Wilkerson are charged with chemical endangerment of a child. Their son, Phenix, was not returned to their custody after he was found in the woods with no shoes on last month. Officials say the investigation is still ongoing.
