A Florida man has been killed in a weekend crash out of Covington County. ALEA has identified as 28-year-old Billy Flemming and the driver who’s vehicle hit a tree late Saturday night. He was taken to the hospital where he later died from his injuries. Troopers say he was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
