Cell phone communications are hampered in Jackson County after a cell tower was destroyed by the tornado yesterday. A sheriff’s spokesperson says a temporary tower will arrive sometimes today or tomorrow. Meanwhile several roads remain blocked off today as crews work to clear debris including a portion of US 90 where the tornado hit.
