Santa will not be delivering cheaper gas prices for Christmas. Aaa says prices have gone up in the past week across Alabama and the rest of the country. Alabama’s statewide average rose seven cents this week to $2–81 per gallon. Prices in Georgia are up 5 cents from last Friday to $3-02 per gallon and fill up before you leave for Florida, which has regular gasoline averaging $3-11 per gallon.
