Bond has been lowered for the Henry County father accused of causing the death of his son, who had spina bifida, and stuffing his body in a freezer.     Michael Halstead’s bond was decreased Monday from $275,000 to $100,000 or $50,000 for each charge he faces.  A request to lower the bond for the mother, Karen Halstead was also granted last month.
