A woman is dead, and a man is hospitalized following a oner car crash early Sunday in Pike County. Troopers say just after 2am yesterday the car 41-year-old Mary Burgans was driving left the road on highway 87 just south of Troy, hit a fence and a concrete mailbox. The woman, who was not wearing a seatbelt was pronounced dead at the scene.
