That’s a wrap. The 79th year of the National Panut Festival has come to an end and saw record breaking attendance day. Executive Director Tony Ellison says last Thursday had a record setting attendance for that day and the festival itself had about a 20 percent increase in overall attendance. This was the first year for a new clear bag policy and metal detector installed.
