A man dies after an apparent accidental drowning in Geneva. Authorities say the body of 62-year-old Timothy Randall Collins was found in Robert Folwer Park Wednesday morning. Police believe Collins drove over an embankment and rolled over, drowning in the creek sometimes after midnight.
