A Dothan mom is in trouble with the law in Florida after she abandoned her two children at a Destin Hospital. Okaloosa County Sheriff deputies report that a hospital security guard witnessed Erica Suzanna Cook drop off two of two of her three children at the ER entrance and drive off. The incident happened in August and Cook was arrested last Friday.
