A local community activist is charges with having sex with a child. Dothan Polie say 45 years old Derrick Oliver was arrested on Tuesday with charges related to him having sex with a child under the age of 12. Investigators began looking into the accusations back in August. Oliver works with the non-profit Team Up 4 Teams
