Global tensions are slowing the momentum of falling gas prices. Aaa says the Alabama average still decreased slightly to $3-07 per gallon today, down 2 cents from last week, but 29 cents less than a month ago. Dothan’s average rose buy a penny from last week to $3-11 per gallon today.
