Florida Lottery officials say a Dothan man has claimed a big scratch off prize. On Monday it was announced that Gary Thomas won the top prize in the $150,000 a year for life scratch off game. Thomas bought the winning ticket at the Lotto Discount Liquor on Highway 231 in Campbellton. Thomas took a lump sum payout of just over $2.4 million.
