Hoston County Commissioners approve alcohol sales at a Restaurant that sits at a location with a violent history. JR’s Pizza Palace on Highway 84 in Newton is the same location where three people were killed in a shooting in 2012 when the business was a strip club. The commission approved a beer and wine license, after they turned down requests to serve hard liquor.
