One of the brothers convicted last week of a murder for hire wants a new trail. Jason Starr’s attorney is asking for an acquittal or a new trail for his client saying prosecutors did not provide sufficient evidence that Jason Starr paid his brother Darrin to kill Jason’s ex-wife Sara. So far no ruling has been made on the request.
