The Ozark Dale County Library will re-open to the public this morning with some new polices in place. Following public concerns about adult content in some books in the children’s section, the library says parents will have to provide a signature to unblock their child’s library card. Another new policy does not allow kids under 13 to visit the library without a parent or guardian.
