It took a federal jury in Montgomery only 6 hours to come back with a guilty verdict in the murder for hire trial of two brothers, accused of conspiring to kill an Enterprise School teacher in late 2017. Prosecutors showed that Darrin Starr was paid $3,000 to kill his brother Jason’s ex-wife Sara, so Jason would not have to pay thousands per month in child support. Both face life in prison at sentencing.
