A Troy woman is under arrest on elder abuse charges. Cops say they responded last week to the Troy Health and Rehabilitation Center for reports that an employee assaulted a resident . After speaking with nursing home management, 27-year-old Brianna Cowart-Birckett was arrested for felony elder abuse and given a $50,000 bond.
