The trial for the man who prosecutors say was paid to kill his brother’s wife is expected to get underway today with jury selection in a federal court in Montgomery. Darrin Starr is accused in the shooting death of Sara Starr, an Enterprise teacher back, in 2017. Court record say Darrin Starr was paid with a motorcycle and cash by his brother Jason, who is also charged in his wife’s death.
