An Ozark man is dead after a weekend boating accident. Florida Fish and Wildlife officials said 64-year-old Gary Tibbetts died and another man was injured Saturday when, for an unknown reason, their boat hit a tree that was leaning into the water in Franklin County. An investigation is underway by the sheriff’s department and fish and wildlife authorities.
