It was a bad mixture of farming chemicals that caused the explosion in a Houston County residential shed last month that killed one man and severely burned another. Sherriff Donald Valenza said the chemicals used by the men are not illegal, but they were highly explosive. The neighbors were apparently mixing chemicals to get rid of foliage in their ponds. No charges are expected.
