The Geneva County Sheriff’s Department arrest 4 people in a moonshine operation. A Moonshine still was discovered in wooded area of the Chancellor Community on Sunday. Randy Snell was charged with possession of the still and untaxed alcohol. Three others at the site face unrelated charges.
