A former Dale County private investigator will serve no jail time after felony sex charges were reduced to misdemeanors. This week a judge tossed out two human sex trafficking charges against Clarence Metcalf and reduced two Sodomy charges down to Sexual Misconduct. Metcalf will serve two years’ probation and must register with the state of Alabama.
