Dothan police arrest a woman they say left 6 children inside a hot car this week. Investigators say on Monday, Constanzia Cook left the children, all between the ages of 2 and 11, inside the car with no a/c while she went shopping. Cook was charged with child endangerment. The “Feels Like” temperature on Monday reached 103.
