The Assistant Fire Chief for the Malvern Volunteer Fire Department has been arrested. Jeremy Harper was arrested late last month in Geneva County after authorities say he failed to register as a sex offender, as required by law. In 2017 Harper was charged with exposing and gratifying himself in public.
