The city of Samson will hold a public hearing on possibly raising local water rates with the money going for infrastructure upgrades expansions. When the city accepted a $5 million grant for water service expansion, it agreed to provide matching funds. The meeting set for Tuesday August 22nd at 5pm is to discuss possible water rate hikes.
