The Covington County Sheriff’s office says an inmate that escaped custody at the courthouse Monday morning is back in custody. Authorities say Jayden Hill escaped around 10:40am and was back in custody by 1:45pm. The sheriff’s office said Hill’s recapture was thanks to community members giving tips on his whereabouts.
