A data breach could affect anyone who was a patient with Jackson County Fire and Rescue. The organization’s billing provider EMS Management and Consultants released a statement saying they were involved in a nationwide breach that happened back in May. Patient’s personal data was stolen but its unknown if any of it has been used illegally.
