Troy Police arrest a 78-year-old man on murder charges after cops say he shot and killed a woman in her front yard. Around 3:30pm Thursday officers responded to a mobile home park and found 59 year old Essie Meadows dead of an apparent gunshot wound. Larvy Woods was identified as the suspect with investigators saying it looks to have been a domestic incident.
