The city of Dothan has agreed to pay out just over $52,000 to settle a lawsuit from a couple injured in a 2017 crash with a city vehicle. According to the lawsuit, the crash that was the fault of the city worker, caused Terry and Brandi Roberts injuries that led to lost wages. A case from the second driver involved in the crash was dismissed in 2020.
