OSHA is fining a Troy saw mill $184,000 after a worker was crushed by heavy equipment and died in December of last year. Federal officials determined that Rex Lumber did not follow proper safety standards when the 20-year-old died. The lumber company has been fined 19 times in several states since 2013. Rex Lumber has 2 weeks to reply to the citations.
