ESCC and Fort Novosel will begin a partnership in the fall to help warrant officers gain leadership skills. The arrangement has been in the works since late last year and will aid soldiers in earing a higher rank with higher education. Those taking classes will have the option to do so in person on the ESCC campus or online.
