A Florida man is in the Dale County jail after police charged him sex crimes against a boy. 76-year-old Louis Niles is charged with two counts of First-Degree Sexual Abuse following an interview with the sheriff’s special victim’s unit about the relationship with the boy. No other details have been released due to the age of the victim.
