Daleville Police say they now have a convenience store robbery suspect in custody. Investigators say 51-year-old Charles Elburn robbed a Marathon gas station Tuesday afternoon just after 3pm. Police put security photos of the suspect on social media in hopes of catching him. Around 10:15pm last night, officers say they were able to locate and take Elburn into custody without incident.
