Dothan City Schools has filed a lawsuit to have the expulsion of an unruly student reinstated. The district expelled the student for a year back in December, but a judge reversed that decision saying since he has ADHD, which is covered under the Individuals with Disabilities Act, the school had to make accommodations. The district now says that student’s behavior harms others.
