The City of Dothan and the Atlanta Falcons held a groundbreaking ceremony this week for the first NFL Flag branded fields in the country. The NFL Flag league started in Dothan two years ago and now there will be dedicated fields thanks to a $250,000 grant from the NFL. The grand opening of the field at Grandview Elementary is set for May.
